The project is part of an extensive genealogy of buildings that liberate the second floor by rising above a public plaza. The place of exchange generated under the building is closely linked to the vegetation and landscape of the Isla Teja Campus, where lush green areas and covered galleries alternate to generate a varied network of covered public spaces.
